Peachtree gives business owners the ability to print checks and invoices and enter the bulk of the information into the program themselves. Information is available as soon as data is entered. We advise our clients as to which programs might be most suitable for them and their type of business. We offer a setup and training package where we install the program, establish a chart of accounts, and guide the client or staff in how to enter two or three months’ data and how to reconcile the bank account. Most of our clients engage us monthly, or quarterly to go over the accounting, answer questions, and make adjusting journal entries. Many accounting software programs have features which allow us to access the client’s computer remotely or to transfer information through the internet. As a result, there are virtually no geographical limitations for our clients and we serve clients in other states and even other countries.
